Easy Shepherd's Pie
Ground beef in tomato gravy topped with mashed potato and baked until golden.

Ingredients
- 400g ground beef
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup peas or corn
- 50g butter
- Milk
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Boil potatoes until tender, 15 minutes. Drain and mash with butter and milk.
- Brown beef with onion and garlic.
- Add tomatoes and peas. Season. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Pour beef into baking dish. Top with mashed potato.
- Bake at 190°C/375°F for 20 minutes until golden.
